NO ONE WAS INJURED. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE DOCUMENTED THE CALL AND THE DIRECTOR OF REGULATORY AFFAIRS ALSO CONTACTED THE LAB TECHNICIAN AND DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL SERVICES. THEY BOTH INDICATED THAT THERE WERE NO INJURIES OR DEATHS."
